Cancellation Policy

By booking with Shine X, you agree to these terms, Booking Policy -All detailing appointments require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your spot. -Payments are made securely online through our booking system. -Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email/text with your appointment details. -Please ensure vehicle keys and access are available at your scheduled time. -The vehicle must be ready for service. (Driveway or workspace clear) Rescheduling Policy -You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. -Reschedules within less than 24 hour before your appointment time may result in a $25 rescheduling fee. -To reschedule, please contact us directly by phone, text, or email. Cancellation Policy -Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. -Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, but you may receive credit toward a future service at our discretion. -No-shows (If we arrive and no one is available, or the vehicle is not accessible) will be charged the full price with no refund or reschedule credit Weather & Service Conditions -If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions (Rain, Strong Wind, etc.) Shine X will reschedule your appointment at no cost to you. You will be contacted promptly to set a new date or receive a full refund. Arrival Window -As a mobile service, please allow a 30-minute arrival window due to traffic or prior job delays. Customer Responsibility -Please make sure your vehicle is accessible and all personal items are removed before your appointment. -Any excessive pet hair, biohazards, or vehicle conditions beyond normal detailing may require additional charges. Service Area -Mobile detailing services are available within our primary service area. -Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this range. Memberships -Membership clients (X-Maintain, Full X Care, X-clusive) may reschedule freely within their billing month.
